Wing: Made using at least 720 kg/m density 6mm MDF covered with 0.2 mm Adofilm PVC foil applied on wooden shutter, with the desired model groove opened. Perforated Kraft honeycomb or fluted chipboard (okal) that provides fire resistance and sound insulation is used as internal filling.
Frame and casing: Made of wood composite (CRP) material, coated with Adofilm PVC foil using high-quality PÜ (Polyurethane) E1 glue. Casings feature adjustable properties to be double-sided attached to the frame.
